Clare 0-12 Meath 1-9 at half time. A goal on 35 mins for Meath then two great points to level it up. Two well matched sides as the scoreline suggests. Good scoring by Clare after all Dublin only managed 0-5 in the 1st half v Dublin

If anything, the quality (or lack there of) is making it more exciting/unpredictable imo.

I thought the wind held the ball in air also but the keeper should have should have done better. A well worked 2nd Meath goal, a sore one for Newman.

Clare won’t give up so wouldn’t write them off yet. Meath have messed up a few good attacks which they might regret. Clare will throw Brennan in full forward at some stage and will look for a goal.
