Let's be honest this group is a dead duck

Well the only hope of it being a competitive group depended on Roscommon getting something from this game. Turkey shoot from here on in, the game is Omagh means nothing now

Ciaran Whelan having a good smile to himself there at Brolly.

Very comfortable here in the second half for Tyrone. Easily enough keeping the Rossies at arms length.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

That could have made it interesting.

Jesus joe brolly is a pain in the hole.

A special well done to Peter Harte who has actually made it through a full game without earning himself a black card

Always fierce tension anytime Brolly and Whelan are on together.

Late change for Cork, Paul Kerrigan in for Ronan O’Toole

He didn't deserve to get some of them anyway, thought he had a great game today.

I’m surprised, a good day, well matched rivals... hmmm

I'd expect upto 30k for tonight's game, so the atmosphere wont be great and I expect it might translate like that onto the pitch.

Should have been a double header. I’m travelling to the hurling tomorrow and would have 100% gone to the football if it was a double header.

    Pathetic crowd in croke park..
Gaa football is in serious trouble
Brolly giving a speech in economics now......

Ridiculous having this game in Croke Park.

Is this Dublins 'home' game or 'neutral' game? It'll be interesting if it attracts a crowd that Parnell could have accommodated

    Home game

Double header with Cork V Kilkenny would have been the solution.

Leave Tip and Laois with the smaller crowd.

    Play a triple header

    Scrap the minor game

Looks like only 10-15k there, surely would have been better to just fill Parnell Park?

The fact that the GAA felt the Dubs needed a standalone game says it all.

I think it is their ' home" game.Crazy having Cork footballers playing in Croke Park this evening and their hurlers there tomorrow.Thr crowd looks very small so far just a few minutes from throw in.

Why isn’t it on in Parnell Park?

Correct. While the hurlers have better support, a lot of them would have liked to go to the Dublin game, myself included.
Up and down tonight and again in the morning - not going to happen.

I thought Dublin were about to do the Haka there, the way the camera was in so close!

    40k isn't a bad crowd.
