Kerry land a free to go 4 up with 8 minutes to go. Dessie says "that sets up a grand stand finish now". Surely Kerry missing the free would be better for a 'grand stand finish'.

I swear the man has a notebook full of phrases and just picks one at random in a break of play.

But refs never do that - I've often seen refs go hard on players who have been mouthing when they commit a foul.

I wonder is this an extension of that attitude because I have no problem admitting that we have gotten a few soft ones that have probably shifted the momentum

Not sure about the other referee complaints. Think Tyrone got some very soft frees also.

This game is done. Not a bad way for Kerry to go into the final. A very poor first half but a powerful second which is the most important. Plenty to work on but they are where they want to be. Dublin v Kerry, potential five in a row against the one county who will hate that more than any other. The history, tradition, all the old match memories. By golly lads this is going to be savage stuff. Doubt there will be one empty seat. Cannot wait!
