Do you get an email to let you know once vetting is completed and with senior management for final sign off or is it just done and the only thing you hear is when you get the offer ?

I emailed last week to ask for an update and I was told my vetting was still outstanding and then this morning I got my acceptance

Agree it defo sounds like only a couple got the 10am offer
