Confirmation of mortgage

Can anyone help me how to fill that form. We are buying a house and got some money gift from my husbands family. And now we receive the confirmation of mortgage form from the solicitor.

What form?? Perhaps you should ask your Solicitor to assist you in filling in the form. All lenders forms are different. I presume you are referring to a Deed of Confirmation for the gift and people usually fill same in with their Solicitor as it has to be witnessed.
