Deposit Account Statement

    I need to get a statement for my deposit account. There's no option on 365 to order this. Do I have to phone customer care? Is there a quicker way to get this in branch as I need it ASAP.

    Hi Poache182,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. You can request a Statement for your deposit account by logging into your account through a Pc/Laptop, Select Service Desk and Ask a Question and one of our advisors will be happy to look into this for you. Alternatively you can call our Customer Service Team on 0818365365. Our branches do not have access to print statements for customer accounts.
