How can I update my address and change the name on my account

    I'm looking to get my account details updated to correct an issue with my address and to add the eircode. I'm also looking to get one of the names on the account changed. 

    I had called the customer services number and gone through all the details to be updated but latest bill just arrived with the old name and incorrect address details.

    Can you please help me get this sorted?
