The issue with this question is that there will be very few that have used both. I've been using Oral B for years and I am currently on my second. When my current one goes I will buy another Oral B. I really dont think it would make much difference either way but do buy one. Much better than a regular toothbrush. If you find you dont floss regularly get yourself a waterpik.
