Another example of a top team getting a decision, and Cardiff getting screwed over.... pool penalty

    Milner (Salah)

    Liverpool pen

    Milner (salah )

It's a joke. Salah has previous in diving too. How refs are still giving him soft penalties is beyond belief.

And yet they never give the retrospective ban for diving... imagine him getting the 3 match (I think?) ban for diving now and miss rest of the season - would be huge even from a FF point of view.

Like Cardiff have had so many big decisions go against them in the last few weeks it would be laughable if the money at stake wasn't so serious.

You’re embarrassing yourselves lads with your team bias.

    It’s a blatant penalty.

It’s a penalty. Two hands around him.

Salah should of had more pens this year but never went down

Blatant penalty - yet sky think it's not?
IF that's a penalty then Cardiff should have had one earlier in the game... but the Cardiff lad didn't throw himself to the ground.

    Another great salah chance missed

That was actually Morrison too :D
Robertson was lucky with the shirt pull

I hope you're being ironic talking about bias, with that username. Far from blatant. He's gone down very very easy. Anyway probably not a discussion for here.

    Milner booked

Hit it with his knee! Still think he should be scoring that! (From a biased Salah owner).

Very tight for final bonus between Vvd Robertson and Matip

Sky think it’s not ? So sky are wrong.

Have you not got your own eyes to judge it ?

Have heard that muck in here too often. People waiting to be told by the telly what to think.

    It was a clear penalty.

So when the boys on BBC tonight clarify for you it was a penalty will you believe it then ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,256 ✭✭✭✭km79

    That went fairly well

If with VAR that's given - you will have every player thrown themselves to the ground next season with any contact, be 2/3 penalties a game - cause there is no way there won't be grabbling in the box next season.

What relevance is that to FF - simple - having a team penalty take will be a must - like mili of palace.

Yea he didn't touch his feet - Salah dived and ref feel for it.

IF that is what you call a penalty - then there were at least 2/3 more instances in that game - including for Cardiff - but I didn't hear many shouting for it here - it's bias when someone shouts against the big 6 teams, but ok when the bottom teams get aware with the fouls.

Do you think Cardiff should have had a penalty today?

VAR would give that. 2 hands around him, clear penalty (yes, an exaggerated fall also). There was a lot less holding in the World Cup once defenders knew they would get caught.

There will be a mad amount of penalties in the first month of next season, so 100% agree, buy all the penalty takers :pac:

    TAA the hero.

    55 or 56 with 11 to go.

Laca might have hurt me ever so slightly, but a good day considering I've no Arsenal or Utd.

Looks like VVD holds the 1

    In the other game
    benteke 3
    zaha 2
    auba 1

    57 on BB.

Vardy my only attacking return so far.

Have 5 clean sheets from GK and defence (Valery missing out).

Have made minor ground in mini leagues and OR, could really have done with Mane scoring big today

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,083 ✭✭✭Chesty08

    78 (-8)

Mixed bag today particularly with my heavy hitters Salah, Mane & Lacazette only returning a combined 14 points.

Predicted jump to 3.5k OR from 5.5k

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,665 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

Check out the Zaha goal on motd later. One of the worst pieces of defending I think I've ever seen from Mustafi.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

57 pts after today. Not bad for a non-chip week.

Digne, captain Salah and Robertson bringing home returns. Pogba a disappointment.

    Only 6 to come though.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,685 ✭✭✭sheroman01

45 (-4). Badly need TC Sterling to do something midweek.

    50 on BB.

Triple up on spurs attack so relying on a big result for them Tuesday night.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,304 ✭✭✭COH

71... with no Pool/Utd/Arsenal attackers today felt like dodged multiple bullets

Roll on the midweek games :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,521 ✭✭✭✭dsmythy

93 with up to 11 left.

BB contributed to 29 of the 93. Almost rivalling my awful FH by itself.

Definitely a pen for me. More should be given in future with VAR

100% a pen. Your man's arms were all over him.. Who cares how he fell, the defender was 100% in the wrong

Speaking as a non salah owner

Have Hazard involved in this one. Pleased to see Hudson-Odoi in the line-up.

No one involved so 1-1 please with Kante and cork scoring
