Does anyone know if any libraries in the city or county store hard copies of past editions of The Limerick Leader and The Weekly Observer? I'm talking about editions of the paper from the 1990s. I'm aware of the irishnewsarchive website but it's physical copies I'm looking for.

No, as the physical volume would be too big, imagine 5 per week stacked for 10 years worth, would fill a room on its own

Years ago when I was in UL the library did keep physical hard copies of papers.
The independent was one. I can’t remember if the Leader was another.

I also don’t know if they still do or if you would have access but someone might be able to help you out.

It was in the basement on rolling shelf stacks.

The newspapers themselves should have copies.

Yeah I would asking the paper directly would be the best place to go.
