Credit Card activation

    Hi,

    I recently received my new classic credit card, but whenever trying to use it the operation got declined.
    Is the card need to be activated first before I can use it?

    Hi Mohamed,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

    The cover letter issued with the card should advise if the card needs to be activated. We'd suggest calling Credit Card Services on 1890251251 and an adviser will be happy to check this further.
