Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

City doing their usual, stop opposition playing by fouling. For such a purist, Pep's teams are always cynical

65 minutes plus added time to go!

City are playing the occasion not the match. They are flat as a pancake. Looks like they’ve run out of steam.

They looked flat against Burnley too but they just have so much quality

David Silva on his last leg now.

David Silva on his last leg now.

I can see him going. One more chance left. Fuming I didn't put money on Leicester for the win looking at this.

Bernardo Silva is a joy to watch, only going to get better too

Sterling dives inexplicably on the right wing in injury time and ball whipped in and one of the Schmeichel's messes it up completely........... City 1-0.

    Shakespearian stuff.

As someone said on Twitter - Mike Dean is the twist...

Leicester are getting every bounce of the ball so far too.

This will be all about Mike Dean. Worse referee in the league. Loves being in controversy.

Yeah, strange to see for an away side. Kompany in the book now. This is set up perfectly for a Leicester win.

Were the yellows harsh in your view?

    HT 0-0

    Kompanys could have been red.

    This is the twist tonight.

At least City are actually getting booked for their cynical fouls for a change, apart from the Zinchenko one early on.

Usually Fernandinho has broken up 2/3 counter attacks by this stage without a card.

45 mins for Rodgers to finally deliver Liverpool the title.

It's weird how things go in football. Threw it away a few years ago and he's going to deliver a PL title for his successor now. On a side note, that's a very good young side he has at Leicester. A good shout if you are looking for a team to break into the top six next season.

    Silva's was filthy

Thought Kompany should have been booked for his first foul but then he doesn't lunge

One of these balls will bounce city's way eventually

Yeah losing 1 in 15 is throwing it away........

Nah clear yellow. David Silva however would have gotten a yellow card for his challenge if he wasn't already on one

What are you on about? I'm talking about Liverpool under BR. It was in their hands that season.

The ref will send off a City player and they'll drop points tonight, season ends tonight

I think he means someone had said they threw it away but they only lost 1 and Drew 1 out of the last 15 that season

Looking at a few different sites and that's the general consensus.

Losing a game to Chelsea which was their only defeat in 14 games is in no way "throwing it away".

Three goals up against Palace? How would you classify how that season ended?

That didn't cost them the league.

The Chelsea defeat did and it meant they were trying to close down goal difference against Palace and left gaps at the back.

That draw didnt matter in the end.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

That's it, just like it's no slight on this City team if they don't win tonight.

    Winning 13 in a row isn't normal.

    Apologies a bit on edge ..... :-)

Silva lucky there, not too much in it except for the high boot.

    How is Silva still on

We have all been here before, opposition fans getting worked up, city will definitely drop points, ref will **** them over. City win and we do it all again next week.

    YOU TAKE THAT BACK

  • Site Banned Posts: 20,685 ✭✭✭✭Weepsie

Silva shouldn't be on the pitch at this stage. Kompany's tackle was a red card for a player without his reputation as a nice guy.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,018 ✭✭✭Bridge93

Kompanys tackle wasn’t close to a red card

Silva should be off because he’s been ****ing crap

See Wenger turned down Fulham again. Why do they keep going after him?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 35,024 ✭✭✭✭Baggly

He has no business in the champo anyway.

City look leggy. i know Leicester playing what looks like 5-5-0 and City struggling to find the space to create anything but they really do look tired City.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,246 ✭✭✭Esse85

Leicester will concede from overdoing it at the back and taking a risk too many.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,736 ✭✭✭Bleating Lamb

Leicester comfortable enough apart from Schmeichel save from Kun.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Expecting a Sane appearance around the 60th-70th minute

    City are dropping points here

Chance fell to the wrong guy. He just seemed to rush it despite being 4 yards out and unmarked.

He'll throw on Sane, Mahrez and Jesus if he has to - a draw is no use to City. Could be 6 out and out attackers!

Odd when you consider that they have a week to rest.

City turning the screw. Theyll get a goal.
