Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

City are awful. Haven’t come close to hitting the target. So wasteful

    Rubbish post

Even if City get a goal, without a two goal cushion it will be a very nervy situation. Almost feels like a European tie. Fascinating thirty minutes coming up.

Leicester literally cannot get out of their half

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Bit more urgency here, speed and directness from City, though Sterling looking off the pace and City need to sort that final ball out.

They literally were a couple of inches from the ball going over the line...................

Demarai Gray and Kelechi Iheanacho are the only attacking options for the other City

Three shots on target so far, out of fifteen. Possession is 57%. Very low for them. Leicester are 8% for the win. Madness given how they've played so far. Aside from the Aguero chance, can't think of another major goal mouth incident.

Leicester haven't been out of their half in ten minutes

I think that’s a peno, the second challenge poleaxes him

Maddison goes close. Thought that was heading in when he let fly.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,843 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

Fûckkkk that would have been some goal, the run from Maguire !

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,295 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

Can see why Maddison shot, but he should have played it out to Albrighton,

Great run from Maguire to start it all.

Yes, City should have had a peno, stonewall.

Dispossessed before he was bowled over. No pen for me.

City really missing De Bruyne for those little through balls.

Leicester defending very well as a team. Chances for City still at a real premium.

So you cant foul someone unless they have the ball now ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 35,024 ✭✭✭✭Baggly

Ball was away, it was two player colliding, not a foul.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,843 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

Great save by Schmeichel, net about to bulge I thought

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,387 ✭✭✭Wrongway1985

Not a sniff of Leicester going for the win since half time.

Was just about to say I'm surprised Mahrez hasn't been put on against his former side.

Still think this is a very precarious situation for City without a second goal. We saw what a depleted Spurs were able to do. Leicester not out of this.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,046 ✭✭✭Berserker

Hats off for that strike. I did not see that coming. Still think there is something in this game for Leicester. Just need to keep doing what they were doing.

Am I right in thinking Kompany's contract is running out?

If this is how he marks his last appearance in the Etihad then jaysus he picked some signing off. Captain aswell
