9 fouls to 3 city now. That's not normal for a team with 70% possesion. They're cheats, simple as.

Silva should be off. Kompany is lucky too despite what people are saying.

Lol. Inject it into my veins.

    It happens to all teams.

Decisions not going the way an opposition fans want them and then said fans say how fixed it is etc.

Happens with Liverpool players to. It's ridiculous.

If that wins the title, what a way to do it and by a player that's been at City for a long time.

    Ah right.

I dont really think its up for debating City are really cynical in stopping breaks and tend to get the run of the green on yellow/red decisions aginst all teams. Arteta is on tape telling them to do it

    Still a great team

Is it not also cheating when you handball on the goalline to stop a certain goal? Or dive to win the match winning free kick?

    All sides guilty of it

Surprised how poor Sane has been since coming on.

Former player curse to strike via Iheanacho?

What's stopping other teams from doing it though?

I suppose the bitterness and I would actually say a bit of hatred is really a compliment on how good this liverpool team is.

He seems to get a vital goal in the last few games every fecking time they win it :o

The top teams nothing - we have seen Liverpool do it more this year.

Cardiff/Brighton would probably see people sent off for it

This game is done, next goal is only going one way

Would you say the same about the City 'cheats' posts?

To be honest very little of it has anything to do with the Liverpool team or it’s players who are a breath of fresh air and brilliant to watch

On a side note, the atmosphere is terrible given the quality of that goal and what's at stake.

It's nothing to do with Bitterness Niallo.

When you have Liverpool fans posting regularly on boards that they hope goal is offside from a player who should have been set off just to rile up other fans etc, yous can shove it up your hole.

For the Liverpool fans who aren't like that I feel for them because they've been a fantastic side to watch this season and worthy winners if they do get there.

The nerves must be horrendous in fairness. The noise for the 5 mins after the goal was excellent then it gets edgy again

They are a very cynical team in fairness, this has been pointed out for years. Not really cheating for me but they are allowed to get away with it.

They as well as everyone else know once that goal went in it's over, probably like the Spurs game half of them gone home already

    Get over it.

Why. They're at it every game. It was the same with Barcelona and Bayern.

Pep preaches about playing the right way and is praised for his football teams, but they're among the most cynical teams in recent times. Because he says the right things he gets a free pass.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

    Iheanacho with a great chance.

    This ain't over.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,386 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

    That is a shocking attempt.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,008 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

Jesus, how did he miss that, about 12 foot wide

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,046 ✭✭✭Berserker

OMG, what a chance and miss by Iheanacho !!!! Still life left in this game.

Name one team that doesn’t try some form of cheating.

Lol Iheanacho looked like he missed that on purpose

How much did City pay Iheanacho for that :p What a miss

How was Sterling not booked? Mike Dean make him his fantasy football captain or something? :pac:

Individual players mostly yea, but in this case it's a defined team tactic

No team with 4 times the amount of possession should be committing more fouls than the opposition. It's absurd and it's a weekly occurrence.

Arsenal for me dont, they dont really seem to do anything these days.

Maybe they're just so used to having the ball they forgot how to tackle :pac:

Gundogan madness giving it away. Take it to the corner.

Could be. They're not a dirty team in a Joey Barton hack you down way, but it's the constant jersey pull, ankle clip always as the opposition is about to break. They delay the free and get their shape back

    Nice win for City

    And onto the next game!

How will the TV rights work? I imagine there will be a station with both games like a side by side ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

    Thank **** for that.
