Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are Wolves threatening to do anything or is it one-way traffic at Anfield?

City get another here and the trophy is in the bag. Brighton started well but ALL city now. Looking like how many rather then how long.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

Wouldn't write Brighton off yet. They've given a good account of themselves this half and City's passing hasn't been what it usually is. They appear to be unhappy that the pitch wasn't watered enough but can't blame Brighton for that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

Dangerous free-kick position for Brighton just before half-time.

Dunk with a good effort but Ederson saves. Now it's the break.

Laughable decision. Never ever a free kick.

Ederson nearly palming the free kick into his own net was strangewas never a free kick so was good that he didn't add another 60secs for the corner.

Brighton aren't interested in playing ball, happy to camp in their own box and hope for set pieces that Murray is winning up the field.

Stress of this. The eruption from Pool fans in the pub was incredible when Brighton scored. Louder than when they scored as expected.

Never seen it go so quiet so quickly

Quiet enough auld thread today considering everyone is playing and what is at stake.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Aguero at it again when the stakes are high

Van Dijk should be there at the final whistle to hand over that player of the year award

Your lot are getting beaten by Cardiff pipe down.

    -

Only two teams have anything at stake though.

    Don't be silly,

Mane and Salah have both scored more that him this season.

It was a staggering decision. Maybe in a parallel universe it was a foul, but not in this one.

    Cardiff leading United 2-0.

Not even surprised. Imagine still thinking OGS was the right man for the job.

He should've just scored that penalty and saved us all the hassle tbh ;)

Surely there will be some pressure on Ole to resign? Seems to be only compounding a mistake to persist with him, no matter how disappointing / embarrassing getting rid of him might be?

He had a license to drive a little tykes car and United have him the wheel of a juggernaut. Hasn't a clue what to do.

If he loves the club as much as he say he would step down in the best interest of the club.

Surprised the Liverpool lads are talking about United so much, today of all days.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

Ole's going nowhere. He'll probably be given another standing ovation and make another apology after the game and all will be well.

Easily the most surprising result of the day. Things going as expected in Liverpool and Brighton. Cardiff have been awful the last few weeks.
