    That management managed handle the situation so well as to get their dispute into a national paper.

    ...and that they got their parking and transport requirements so badly wrong in the first place.

    As things like hospitals close regionally and services are moved to Dublin all those connected to these services will now have work in Dublin.

    A lot are already there; the jobs will be part filled by poaching from other similar companies in Dublin and part by new recruitment, whether of Irish residents or immigrants. If they set up in Limerick or Athlobe, there would be a much smaller base of existing employees to seed the workforce.
