Are there enough homes being built in Limerick?

Just wondering is there a way to keep an eye on how many homes are currently being built in the city and surrounds?

Looking on daft there seems to be a few more added lately which is good but is there a website or tracker style system to see how many are being built currently?

Cso tracker is prob the best way to track this, but it only goes back a year and a half. Limerick city tho is lumped in with west limerick and east Clare for some reason
