Cashback on bills: What does it mean?

Looking at different current account types. And I see PTSB are offering cashback on bills paid. What exactly does it mean? It's 5% cashback on bills paid via direct debit. So if I pay a bill of €100, do PTSB add €5 into my account?

It's not all bills, just seems to be Sky and SSE Airtricity: https://www.permanenttsb.ie/everyday-banking/current-accounts/current-account/cashback-on-bills/

The 5%/2% just gets credited back to your account
