Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In the bed for a little bit more. Just as I was getting in from work, bf’s best mate was pulling up to the house, staying over in preparation for the Champions League final. So a few drinks were had. Not the freshest head today I must say :o

Trying to get things in shape in the garden but weather is against me and the lawn remains uncut. In now to look at the paper but Mrs S want me to pick out clothes for packing for a break away next week. I hate packing!

    Shattered.

Finished a 24 hour shift at 08:30 this morning and went straight to a parkrun (5k run event) and was glad when a friend asked me to pace her for a PB, took any pressure I might have had about getting a decent time :)

Came home, straight to bed. Died a death and now awake having a coffee.. Everyone talking about todays soccer game (champions league?).. I hate soccer so heading to the beach with Richo for the duration :)

The old reliable bottle of Heineken Seph, on second one now, had a good win on the horses earlier, a nice little €60 to put towards the holiday fund :D

Much needed lazy day today. In my dressing gown after a super long sleep in to catch up on my sleep after a couple of very hectic weeks work wise.

Plans to do a bit of art - messing around with acrylic paints to see what I come up with - and out for a bit to eat this evening.

Off to Bloom with friends on Monday. :)

Tired after a long cycle earlier on.

Settled in now for the evening watching the French Open. Some great games so far.

Absolutely wrecked. Decided to tackle the lawns after dinner and virtually ran behind the mower to get it done before a threatening shower of rain. Garden weeded, two cars washed and one waxed, then the lawns. Time for a shower and a well deserved long cold drink.

At the local supping on a pint of plain, no screens means zero yobs screaming "c'mon Spurs/Pool". Serene bliss.

No, we’re all having the usual post wedding mortem, i.e who “put their foot in it” moments. Hilarious!!!

    You ok?.

Nope. Bored silly Grem. Can't go for a pint due to the match. No interest in a screaming mob in the pub. I only do Irish internationals and Dublin games in the pub.:D

Plus I had a few discount deals for hotel breaks, due to work, but none of the hotels wanted to cover them this weekend.

    So bored stiff tonight.
