Cant be arsed with McKendry so packed that in.

at least they talk about Ulster. Off the Ball might as well be the Leinster and Munster podcast. Ulster was only mentioned once this morning to remind Quinlan that they were playing. You'd swear there are only 2 provinces in Ireland

Just in case anyone wanted to watch Lowry making an absolute mockery of the Quins defense on loop

It will be a good test. I think we'll miss Hendy.

Northampton possibly have the edge up front.

Is George Furbank the international FB not missing as well as Courtney Lawes?

I meant they're fielding the best team they possibly can. No-one has all their best players available at once, given the attrition of the modern game.

    Did that just happen?

    Baloucoune just glided past Naiyaravoro.

But the mistake from Lowry forces a penalty.

I've seen nothing to suggest my fear that Northampton's pack will be too strong is misplaced.

    Early days though

That's a penalty and a yellow for Isiekwe.

No arms, late hit on Burns.

There have been reds for less surely. That's deliberate

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,134 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Burns isn't right after that tackle. Clutching his ribs after a kick to the corner.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,134 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

If that's a deliberate maul collapse then Northampton should be getting another yellow.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,741 ✭✭✭irelandrover

I like this ref so far.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,134 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Northampton down to 13 for 7 minutes.

Ulster need to rack up a few scores before they're back to 15.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,443 ✭✭✭launish116

Lack of pack power showing sadly!

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,798 ✭✭✭✭bilston

    Harrison is dominating so far

  • Registered Users Posts: 21,655 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

Northampton must be trying to set a record for 3 men in the bin with the amount of penalties

There's the 3rd. Ulster have been taking their time in taking advantage though.

  • Registered Users Posts: 21,655 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

Isiekwe must be desperate to get sent off at this point, two penalties against him after coming back from the yellow

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,798 ✭✭✭✭bilston

Izikwe has been carded for a bad hit on Burns and has given away two penalties since coming back on. He's playing with fire with this ref

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,134 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Ulster have been horrendous in talking advantage of the extra man.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,134 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    That's just crap.

We’re playing half arsed. Really annoying.
