After reading Coetzee's statement, the Ulster one in comparison feels a bit iffy. Clearly left a bad taste in the mouth the way he left, but was just so blunt.

Who's that big blond unit? Is that Sheridan?

Saw Faddes there and took me a minute to work out who he was.

That’s who I thought it was also.

Cheers. Bruiser. Saw he was being lifted in the lineout, so figured a back five pack player.

Life in lockdown's been difficult for Rob Lyttle.

If he thinks it's been tough for him, he should see the shape of me.

Very annoying that Sky Go doesn't carry BBC

We've looked ok when we keep the ball, the forwards were making easy metres but we need to stop being wasteful in attack and show a little aggression in defence.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,443 ✭✭✭launish116

Timoney really is a joy to watch in open field. Some pace considering he has bulked.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,325 ✭✭✭Locke_Lamora

Again making good yards in the forwards. Think Timoney has handed off Duggan twice now, but what was with that offload?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,466 ✭✭✭Paul Smeenus

Get Hendo up to speed, make sure no-one get hurt, that's all that matters.

Hume and Timoney carving Connacht open.

Dunno if Carry off will actually make life tougher for Connacht

    It appears not.

3 kicks dead, a yellow card, kicked away advantage and a few missed tackles. He has been more influential than the majority of the Ulster team!

Great from Lowry and Addison, connacht have been loving the quick press but there are plenty of gaps there to be taken.

    Whatever about the result.

Yes. After the deafening roar of eight posts during the game, you can really see how Connacht have humbled us. Enjoy the win.

I want to see Michael Lowry in an Ireland shirt. Hard luck Ulster, that was on the flip of a coin. All the best against Leicester.

    No it's not.

If you don't have eir and it's not on TG4, then then only way you can watch is to move your laptop to the "rest of the world" and watch games online, on...

Not sure you can humble the same issue every week! Bullied weekly in the forwards.

Apologies if it's been mentioned already, but Rory Best is off to Seattle as a coach.

That's very melodramatic. At around fifty minutes we took off Henderson, Herring, O'Toole, Cooney, Burns and Stockdale to keep them fit for next week. Our issue in the last fifteen was leadership.

If we were being bullied in the forwards every week, we wouldn't have gone a season losing only to Leinster in the Pro14.

Not sure us going unbeaten until meeting Leinster is a real barometer. Hasn’t exactly been a champagne year for Pro14. If anything teams have gone backwards in the Pro14.

Just look at the difference Papali’l made for Connacht when he came on. You can say Henderson was off, Henderson hasn’t played since October? For Ulster.

There’s no denying our maul is a weapon, but are reliance on our backs to win a game as teams tire is surely going to slowly wreck our forwards.

The remaining 3 teams in the challenge cup have all the same in common, they are large up front teams.
