Transfer from Ulsterbank Business account to PTSB current account

Hi Can anyone actually give me the answer as neither ptsb or Ulster bank want to tell us. A substantial amount was transferred from a business account in Ulster bank ( not ours solicitor) to our PTsb account on the 25th April and it still has not been received.
