Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am looking to get a Structural survey done on a 3 bed bungalow in Dublin.


    Can anyone recommend a structural surveyor by PM.

    Plenty here in 100's of posts about what you get with a house survey: you wont get structural sign off

    I am just looking for a recommendation for a surveyor that people have used before for the standard house survey you get when you are buying a house.

    That’s a pre-purchase Survey.
    It will Not be a structural survey.
