    Hi
Any idea on the cost of a wall (three cavity blocks high and capped)
that would form a boundary wall between two front gardens?
25 foot in length and no pillar at the end.
    Plastered on both sides.
    Thanks
    M

Any reason for no pillar at the end?
You are going to have piers on it anyway and likely one at the end, so you might as well make it a pillar and get it capped.
Is it a straight run or 2/3 sided?

I would estimate at least 400 euro for concrete, a bit of steel, blocks, cappings and sand and cement if supplying yourself, probably double that if you want the builder to supply, maybe treble.

Then three days wages on top of that if you know a good handyman, 6 days wages if you get someone else to find tradesmen, maybe 9 days wages.

All depends where you live really.

Is it a straight 25ft or surround a garden for example
