Perpignan bike hire

Going on a family holiday early June to Perpignan (well, just outside it anyway). I want to do a nice long spin around there but there seems to be little in the way of places to hire a decent road bike in that area (only looked on the web so far). Would anyone have any suggestions / recommendations? Any help appreciated
