They actually want a lot less people. They don't need as many peasants in an automated post industrial technocracy.
Yes, but at the same time they want more "consumers".

The ruling class want all the people living in one specific area and off the countryside. The age of cheap food will soon be over, corporations want the farmland to farm it all, ranch style with machines.

Which "They" are we talking about here? The Jews? George Soros? Illuminati?

Basically any business leader who wants to keep outgoings to a minimum to maximise the margins thus maximise profits to the business & shareholders.

The propaganda is being ramped up this week ahead of 'measures' (scam taxes) being announced by the government allegedly on the back of the "Green wave" in the locals which was highly exaggerated. Communist Eamon Ryan and his watermelon comrades will be delighted.

Thanks for the propaganda update from yourself.

I'm delighted. I can't wait to pay more tax. It's going to be great. I voted green by the way.

You honestly think the 'measures' weren't decided on long before the exaggerated green wave in the locals?

Greens should be encouraged to recycle themselves as quickly as possible .

Simply avoid taxes on fossil fuels by using other options.

There aren't any other options, nothing that even comes close to fossil fuels.

There aren't any other options, nothing that even comes close to fossil fuels. Bilderberg Coveney Comrade Ryan, Leo the lip and friends should be all held accountable for manslaughter when people start dying because they can't afford to heat their homes

Renewable energy is heavily subsidised, you'll still be paying dearly for your energy.

Simon Coveney attended Bilderberg, thats a fact, he tagged along with his now deceased mentor Peter Sutherland who was BP chairman at the time, amongst other things.

Portraying it as if it's some nefarious organisation is pretty misrepresentative. Also I'm pretty happy for the great work that Sutherland did during his lifetime.

Fossil fuels are also heavily subsidised.
Less pollution means less asthma and respiratory issues so the costs associated with that. Then you have the costs of severe weather events and flooding.

    Going greener would save money.

Did you see what happened in Germany when they decided to go down the renewable energy route? It didn’t work out well. Do you know what is used to make metal for wind turbines?

It's a waste doing anything as there is no way enough people will alter their lifestyle sufficiently, especially in the usa where denying oneself an SUV or a 4000 square foot house is viewed as unpatriotic.

Our selfishness means we are doomed, we couldn't even get people to pay for water in this country FFS

Seems to be working out well for Germany.
Regards production of course one needs to be pragmatic it's the long term goal that's important.

Going greener is not going to reduce flooding. The main cause of increased issues with flooding in recent decades is massive increases in populations living in flood plains.

Yep just like big Al was preaching to the world before he bought 3 seaside mansions, do you think he believes it? And lots of coal is needed to make metal.

Pretty confident that I'm not alone in that view.

Where al gore lives doesn't effect water levels. Warmer sea temperatures and melting ice caps do. This is measurable.
