Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I'm sale agreed on a house built in the 80's. House got an extension in 2001 with a condition that "upgrading of septic tank to include percolation area as amended from bio-cycle effluent treatment system"
From what I can see this hasn't been carried out.
Will this need to be done to draw down the mortgage or could I come to an understanding that I would get it done down the line and get the cost taken from the sale agreed price?

Think this will depend on your bank or solicitor. Maybe get a more detailed survey on it to determine whether the works were done or not.
We bought a house without a percolation area and malfunctioning treatment system, pm me if you want some info or advice.
