Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Approx. cost of building an ensuite in this house

    Hi All,

    Looking at picture 15 of 15 in the below link, could anyone give their guestimate as to how much it would cost to knock the (hollow) wall between bedrooms 2 and 3, and build an ensuite in the corner (up against the existing bathroom)?

    The ensuite would come with medium - high spec shower/sink/toilet. I'm only looking for an idea, because I've no idea if it's a €5k job, or a 20k€ job!
