laptop not charging when in use....

Hi all, my laptop wont charge when it's been used but when I switch the computer off it charges, any ideas what could be wrong it is a HP 15 inch laptop about 2 years old.

Try this.. Worked for me on a old Hp laptop a while back ... follow the steps exactly.. Hope it works for you
