2 things you can bet on
1/ Jeremy Kyle ain't finished with tv
2/ the programme makers will just make a similar show with a different presenter .... To much money been made by both Kyle and the producers to just walk away.
Think about the poor dole cheats .
What can they now look up to ???
Sales of large plasma TVs will nosedive with no Jeremy Kyle on tv .

I was actually wondering earlier if Kyle would do a US show - through a US channel - and then ITV would do a deal with US channel to show it.

Would then be US channels baby to handle the issues.....

He did do a show in the US, but it only lasted a year

Yes that's true - but this may well have changed the dynamics.

Think of the way Clarkson, Hammond and May went on to do another show outside the BBC when Clarkson got the boot for punching a guy.

I guess from a legal POV, it's the right decision as it's hard to prove a direct causal link but from a moral POV, it's hard not to think that the show did play even a minor part.

The hearing heard that the show's aftercare team had offered Mr Dymond eight to 10 sessions of cognitive behavioural therapy for self-esteem and confidence building after the show to help him address his "problem with lying". Counselling did not go ahead due to his death

Ridiculous if that's the level of aftercare, rather than accept the results may be wrong and work from there
