AIB reducing rates on Saver and Online Saver accounts

Just received this email from AIB: "We are writing to tell you that in two month's time, on 30 July 2019 we will reduce the interest rates of our AIB Saver and Online Saver variable rate deposit accounts." The rates that are changing are for the AIB Saver and Online Saver Accounts. The "Regular Saver" rate is decreasing…

Just received this email from AIB:

"We are writing to tell you that in two month's time, on 30 July 2019 we will reduce the interest rates of our AIB Saver and Online Saver variable rate deposit accounts."

The rates that are changing are for the AIB Saver and Online Saver Accounts. The "Regular Saver" rate is decreasing from 1% to 0.9%. The "Standard Saver" rate is remaining unchanged at 0.01%.

As if saving in Irish banks wasn't unattractive enough...
