I bought Soundmagic E10BT wireless earphones online from you (Order Number Mod Snip) at the end of November. The left ear has just stopped working on them,  Is  that suitable for repair, or replacement?

I live in Dublin so would need to ship them to you? I ask as commonly earphones can't be repaired so businesses ask for photos of them cut up instead of them being sent back (to show people aren't just scamming for more earphones) and the send out a replacement, so I'd like to know what you want me to do!

    Hey Tar.Aldarion.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your headphones.

Unfortunately Soundmagic do require us to return any faulty products back to them for credit.

If you could pout them in an envelope and return them back to us at:
    Richersounds
    7 Smithfield Square North
    Belfast
    Co. Antrim
    BT1 1FN

As soon as they arrive back we will arrange for a replacement pair to be sent out to you.

Any issues please let me know.

Have to say, really excellent support from Richersounds to anybody reading. The guys got it sorted  straight away, called me a few times to verify things and have a pair of different earphones on their way back to me already (mine were discontinued and they went through other options with me), even though I accidentally voided my warranty. They were really fast and a pleasure to deal with, lovely folks. World of difference between them and most places!
