    Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. When you request a duplicate or Paper statement for the account it can take 5 to 7 working days to reach your postal address. Please be assured that all your account statements are available free of charge online when logged into your account through a Pc/Laptop. To access your Statements, select Statements and Statements and documents.
