Fly 1200r Trouble!!!

Can anyone help me! I have bought a new FLymo 1200r and have set out the boundary line, however when I go to use it the head unit keeps saying "loop fault". I have got an electrician to test the line and he says there is no break in it. I can't figure out what to do next!!!
