Whatever about being scripted i feel they must be told that they can only have certain conversations in certain places. And only when everyone is there . Otherwise who in their right mind would do that 'can i grab you a sec for a chat ' lark within eye view of their supposed girlf. How come he never brought it up in one of those many cosy chats he allegedly had with india that we never saw any of .

And all these declarations of 'like' happen the exact same way . In real life jordan would have sat down with ovie and india , ****e talked with them ....waited for ovie to go for a wee and then maybe launched on india. Its as if they' re told between the hour of 9 and 10 pm is when you can all 'crack on' and you must 'request a chat '.

It was definitely empty. I think it was the real reason Anna lost the head with him. The India stuff was pissing her off a little bit but not as much as the empty box.

Why would Jordan bother going after India at this late stage? There isn't a chance in hell of a 'new' couple winning with less than a week to go to the finals.

A friend of mine is part of the camera crew to shows like Ex on the Beach, Teen Mom etc., and she told me that it is not scripted. She said, the contestants will go to the producers and say 'I like x' and the producers will tell them whether they are 'allowed' to go for it or not. If the contestants are told they're allowed to go for it, the producers will tell them when. This is for two reasons: 1) to get the camera crew in place and 2) to space content out, so everything doesn't unfold all in one night. Makes sense.

She also said, if one of the contestants likes two people and they're undecided, the producers will tell them to go for the person go will create a better story.

How much do they get paid even without winning?? Eg Curtis will have put in 2 months of reality tv work here how much is he paid for that?? The 50k prize especially when share between 2 seems like nothing.

It is my ultimate guilty pleasure, it’s like a weird and evil experiment. My hubby watched one episode and was shocked (think there was a threesome) that they’d carry on like that on tv. I just love it, cat crash tv.

I think that was confirmed by an ex contestant i.e. "go have a chat with Maura, by the fire pit and discuss Curtis", sometimes they have to do it repeatedly if the sound was poor or the camera failed for whatever reason.
You can see it every now and then in poor edits, a few I've noticed are Molly Mae appearing in the background of someone's chat when they were making it look like she was being discussed and the other was Chris about to start a conversation with Francesca whilst tucking into his breakfast, next shot, whilst she was still asking the question, he'd finished the breakfast and was putting the plate on the lounger next to him.

They'll make a heap a money regardless of that £50k.

Estimates are showing that Curtis will earn £3.5k per Instagram post and Molly Mae approx. £7.5k per Instagram post.

Won't last forever but its a nice start to have in your early twenties.

You would think they would have to minimise that kind of interference this year no? Given the stories about the suicides of past contestants.

It is definitely not scripted as such, just very manipulated. Producers mix with the cast during the day, come in and behave like a mate, planting seeds about what they should and shouldn't do.

I actually think the whole "can I take you for a chat" is learned from previous seasons. I'm sure it was pushed by producers in early seasons but now it's just an assumed thing. Just like how they scream about texts.

This makes more sense than the whole thing being scripted. Yes well aware they might have yo redo chats hence curtis telling maura what Jordan said etc they are told when to say it which is why probably comes across fake then as they probably sick of doing it over and over if asked. These guys are not trained actors. Noway could I believe if told that Anna was not genuinely livid last night she was fit to clock him sure!

Yeah, definitely but they cover themselves with NDA's amongst the backroom staff and also saying there's daily access to professional's or some rubbish. They really don't care about the contestants as long as ratings stay strong.

No, no, no. Videos of her at modelling at glamour shoots (aka page 3) have surfaced on a couple of those websites. But the isn't involved in that industry, some weirdos have just decided to upload those videos to those websites.

The content of those videos are incredibly innocent and professional, and only for the fact she's on Love Island people would be questioning why they're even on those websites in the first place.
