Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
With Eir for almost 12 months, landline and fibre broadband, my bill went up as almost out of contract, and would be double.
So was all set to change providers, on the 1901 for a good 30 minutes and a very pleasant man called James answered and I told him my reason for changing, so he offered me basically the same package, €1 more a month, so in for another year, reading so much negativity about Eir, I had to share my experience, they credited me the extra €18 they were charging for almost out of contract, thanks Jade.
Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but thanks Eir.

I ringed last week and was on hold for 50 mins to cancel so I guess your pretty lucky with 30. And I think all company’s give you a discount when you want to leave them
