    I did withdraw some money from my old account in your bank and I bring the money with me to my country. The bank here asks me to give them withdraw proof. May you help me?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here today.

    In this case you will need to contact our Customer Service team on 0035314044000 between the hours of 8am- 12 midnight. You will need to request a statement for the dates the withdrawals were made.
