Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am just a bit puzzled.

There are signs around town saying O Connell St Enhancement Works commencing April 29th but bar one week of work I have seen nothing.

    Are they delayed again?

Found out from source that the engineers and the contractor fell out so back on the long finger.

    Wonder what decade?

I'd like to hear what ShareRidges view on the stoppage is, I wouldn't be too trusting of the excuses the council gave out.

    O’Connell Street Enhancement Scheme Project:

Works will recommence on Tuesday June 4th. The works are to be carried out in phases and traffic management will be established and remain in operation for the duration of the works. Initial works will take place at the southern end of O’Connell Street at the junction of Grattan Street / Harmony Hill / John Street, in the vicinity of the EBS building and Lowe’s Jewellery Shop. This phase of works will involve removal / excavation of the existing footpaths, installation of new underground ducting, services and chambers. This will be followed by the provision of granite paving. Full traffic management will be in operation. Pedestrian facilities will be provided.

Dunno if it's started yet though.
