    Anyone buying here? We have put 5k booking deposit down on house and have underwritten AIP. Just waiting for GP report for mortgage protection and valuation. EA said should be ready end of July as just waiting for ESB to do the estate

    We are thinking of buying in Dun Rioga. What is your experience so far? Are the prices negotiable? Is there still a good choice of houses left? I will be making an appointment this week but it would be nice to know some details in advance.
