Hi. What does this mean? A cheap 1/2 hectare plot of land has got me thinking. It borders other domestic properties but is a corner of a farmers field at the moment. Why would someone buy this if not for building? Could you buy and push for planning permission over time. What kind of things would factor in. To me it just looks like the 5th or 6th patch of this field that could be developed.

Does it mean planning denied, not applied for or not possible etc

It means they are simply selling the land as is.

It will be up to the buyer to apply for planning and if it is as you say a corner of a guys field it is quite possible that planning would be impossible unless you are from the area.
