RTB ruled in our favour, now what?

So, to cut a long story short the RTB have ruled in our (tenant) favour about the landlord not returning the deposit. The time for him to appeal has passed. Looks like the landlord still isn't returning the deposit, what's our next course of action? Small claims court?

I'm not sure the SCP deals with this type of enforcement.

Contact the RTB and tell them. they will pursue the landlord in the District Court.
