Insulation for Roof Space

    HI Guys,

Im in the process of looking into getting the attic converted in my house. The house has an air-tightness membrane but what Im curious on is what type of insulation to use against the roof space?

I've had a few different builders out to look at the work and they've recommended different methods on how they would do it.

1 recommended getting the roof space insulated with spray foam and another with Kingspan boards.

What would be the pros/cons of using the above or what extra information should I ask?

    Thanks
