Even the shot of the moon at the end, the similarities are painfully clear.

There are far more PS PLUS subs then xbox gold. There's a reason why MS don't announce the numbers. On the average not Christmas/BF week the switch and PS4 outsell the xbox 4/5:1. It is getting to the point of irrelevance.

In Japan the ps4 has sold over 8m and the xbox just over 100k. Sales data in counties like Germany and Spain show the the average sales ratio for a game is 90/10 in favour of the ps4. The xbox in reality has no chance of beating the ps5 and Sony won't make a ps3 like mistake again.

There's also the little problem where Sony's exclusives on average are vastly more popular then those of xbox. Get your hopes up all you want but they won't change next gen.

Gonna need stats on that. GamePass is literally huge numbers wise so you're going to have to prove the PS Plus beats it.

agree about the ps4 launch being garbage but nonsense with your second point. MS kneecapped themselves with a woeful first showing and continued terrible first party (or lack thereof) which is what killed them. MS handed Sony millions of sales. Well that was a turd of a show. They showed Doom, it looked good, and that’s pretty much it.

I should’ve seen it coming, didn’t think it could be any worse than last year.

Ha. So many E3 related potshots this year. Google, Nintendo, EA, Ubisoft and Sony all came in for a lot of slack from Devolver

Devolvers was pretty meh really. Just mentioning stuff that other companies are doing 'wrong' and crowbaring them into jokes worked last year but not at all a 2nd time. The Bootleg thing looks interesting, 'Catsylvania' lol Edgy for tbe sake of it works a lot less another time round.

Devolver release so many mediocre games and occasionally get lucky with one of them being good.

They aren't really in any position to criticize the rest of the industry.

Microsoft put out numbers a month ago, game pass was 9.5m. Last Sony numbers were from financial q1 report and at 36m.

To better fair, PS+ and Game Pass are different types of product.

I would imagine PS Now isn't doing anywhere near the numbers of Game Pass.
