Limerick letting agencies.

I will be putting my house to let soon and think a letting agent will suit my circumstances. I have made contact with a few letting agencies in town, they all promise the world to me but I'm not sure. Any recommendations?

I've used KMPM for a few years now and I've had no problems with them. Would recommend.

I've called Michael Roberts twice and never even got a courtesy reply so he is down the list.

I'd have to recommend KMPM too.
My Mrs has her house let out through Kersten for the past few years and must say it is handled well.

Have had an apt.let with Kerstin for over 10 years ..all matters taken care of smoothly -no problem at all.Top recommendation from me.

I rented from M&C property years ago and found them reasonable. Any thoughts?

M&C - I've had several bad experiences with them. They cut corners and bend rules.

I don't want to go into details but let's just say my interactions with them have been less than pleasant.
