    Hi,
My 17 yr old daughter worked in the BOI school bank at her school a year ago.
While there she got an ATM only account, but has never used it...
She hasnt been keeping any statements as she has never used the bank card.
Now she's just got a part time job, and they have asked for her BIC and IBAN numbers, and her bank account number.
Problem is, on her ATM card there's only a card number, not an account number, she has no statement that would have her account number on it.
Can she just ring customer services and get her account number or will there be an issue doing that?
She has the original pin number on the original paperwork she reveived with the card?
    Any advice, gratefully received?
    Thankyou....

    Hi orlaithd12,

    Thanks for contacting us here.

It may be best for your daughter to call into a local branch, with photo id, to request her account details. If the account hasn't been used recently it would be difficult to answer the security questions on a call.

Thanks and best of luck to your daughter in her new job.

    Tara
