    Hi all
Not sure, if any one here can help. We are both not Irish but get married here in Ireland. We are now living apart for 5 years (no kids no any financial issues). We have not in touch each other for a very very long time. And just noticed she has moved to another country and I have no way to find her ( even in the case I find her I am sure there is no way she is going to be fly back to Ireland just for court in another side of world) the main reason she moved to another country is to get remarried to this Irish man she want to.

As fast as I aware we need both show up in court to get divorced, right ?

**please don’t tell me she can not remarried in another country. Of course she can. I mean when we get married here 7years ago, the Irish marriage system did not checking if we are married or not in our country how would you expect another country to check this?**

    Many thanks for advice

You need to speak to a solicitor who specialises in divorce.

There will be some mechanism for an uncontactable spouse.
