Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Meath CoCo.

House built to top of exterior blockwork and then 2007 crash put a complete stop to build.

Can I, a local without local needs, purchase and complete?

Was there a local needs condition attached to the original planning?

I would get on to a local arch or engineer to confirm what Meath Co Co class as substantially complete. Depending on policy's in the local development plan you may or may not be able to retain and complete it without local need compliance!
