Old 'Holy Family Church Site' - Portmarnock

Site has been clear now for some time and lying idle during a time of a Housing / Nursing Home scarcity. And there is even a lack of schools in area and it lies right beside St.Helens primary school. Does anybody know if anything is planned for this site or what the latest hear-say is.

What is the latest hear-say? I know it is zoned for Community
Infrastructure "Provide for and protect civic, religious, community, education,
health care and social infrastructure".
