     Just coming back to you with an update on this.

     From July 2019, under 14’s can now apply for a Visa Debit Card on their bank account with parental/guardian permission. (prior to this date, an ATM card can still be used ).

    The account holder will need signed permission by their parent/ guardian on the relevant form which can be availed of in any Branch. You can also call 0818 365 365 to have this posted.

    At present, the age for online banking is 14, if this is to change in the future we’ll certainly come back and let you know here.
