Droichead question. Has anyone completed PME PP and NOT completed Droichead? Has it impacted on how you are viewed by principals/interview panels? I’m already working in FE and my school isn’t part of Droichead so it’s gonna be very, very touch hitting those 200 hours. (Just to confirm from TC from 2020 all NQTs have only Droichead, not PQE etc). There is a 3 year period of grace post qualification but if it’s hanging over my head, well 😣
Anyone been there and not have Droichead on their TC registration and lived to tell the tale 😏
